盆底超声在产后早期压力性尿失禁中的应用

Application of pelvic floor ultrasound in early postpartum stress urinary incontinence

目的探讨盆底超声在产后早期压力性尿失禁中的应用。方法选取产后7周尿失禁患者36例,设定为观察组,并选取36例正常妇女作为对照组,观察两组盆底超声检查下的膀胱颈移动度(Mu)、膀胱颈至耻骨联合中点的距离(Br、Bs),尿道膀胱后角(Ar、As)、膀胱颈旋转角(θ)、尿道内口形成率。结果观察组安静和Valsalva呼吸下Mu、Br、Bs、Ar、As、θ均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组尿道内口漏斗形成率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论盆底超声在产后早期压力性尿失禁中具有明显诊断价值,可临床使用推广。

Objective To investigate the application of pelvic floor ultrasound in early postpartum stress urinary incontinence.Methods36cases of patients with postpartum urinary incontinence in7weeks,set as observation group,and selected36cases of normal women as control group,observe two groups of pelvic ultrasound examination of the bladder neck mobility(Mu),bladder neck to the pubic symphysis point distance(Br,Bs),urinary bladder angle(Ar,As),bladder neck rotation angle(theta),urethral mouth formation rate.Results The Mu,Br,Bs,Ar,As and theta in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group under quiet and Valsalva respiration(P<0.05),and the funnel formation rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Pelvic floor ultrasound is of great value in the diagnosis of early postpartum stress urinary incontinence,and it can be popularized in clinical practice.
