基层医院营养干预促进VSD治疗患者康复的疗效观察

Primary hospital nutrition intervention to promote the rehabilitation of patients with VSD treatment

目的探讨基层医院营养干预对促进接受创伤负压吸引(VSD)治疗患者康复的疗效。方法将100例接受VSD治疗的患者纳入本研究,按照随机数字表法均分为观察组和对照组,各50例,两组患者入院后即接受常规VSD治疗,观察组患者在此基础上实施营养干预,比较两组患者术后换药次数、创面愈合时间、抗生素总费用术后皮片存活情况及创面愈合情况。结果观察组患者换药次数、创面愈合时间及抗生素总费用均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者创面肉芽生长新鲜、创面肉芽生长饱满、创面甲级愈合所占比例显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论营养干预能够有效改善VSD治疗患者创面愈合效果,缩短愈合时间,值得临床推荐。

Objective To investigate the effect of nutrition intervention on the rehabilitation of patients receiving negative pressure suction(VSD)treatment in primary hospital.Methods100cases of VSD treated patients included in the study were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each of50cases,which received conventional VSD treatment two groups of patients after admission,patients in the observation group on the basis of the implementation of nutrition intervention,compared two groups of patients with postoperative dressing,wound healing time,the total cost of antibiotics,postoperative survival and wound healing of the skin graft.Results In the observation group,dressing change times,wound healing time and the total cost of antibiotics were significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);patients in the observation group,the growth of granulation fresh growth of granulation and wound healing of full proportion significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nutritional intervention can effectively improve the wound healing effect and shorten the healing time of VSD patients,which is worthy of clinical recommendation.
