摘要
高校优质数字化教学资源共建共享是比较热门的研究课题之一,同时是高等教育改革与教学质量提升的核心。通过共建共享,能够使数字教学资源进行优化配置,促进高校间数字教学资源的均衡分布,减小各高校间数字教学资源的贫富差距。但是,因长期以来的观念和体制的约束,导致数字教学资源在共建共享过程中存在诸多问题和阻碍,进而使大量的优质数字教学资源未能实现共享。本文首先对目前各高校优质数字化教学资源共建共享现状进行了分析;然后归纳出目前高校数字教学资源共建共享过程中存在的主要问题;最后,根据前文的分析和研究,提出促进高校优质数字化教学资源共建共享的有效途径,以期为解决高校数字教学资源共建共享提供参考,进而提升高校的教育教学质量。
The construction and sharing of high-quality digital teaching resources in universities is one of the most popular research topics,and it is also the core of higher education reform and teaching quality improvement.Through co-construction and sharing,we can optimize the allocation of digital teaching resources,promote the balanced distribution of digital teaching resources between colleges and universities,and reduce the gap between the rich and the poor in digital teaching resources among colleges and universities.However,due to the constraints of ideas and systems for a long time,there are many problems and obstacles in the process of co-construction and sharing of digital teaching resources,so that a large number of high-quality digital teaching resources can not be shared.This paper first analyzes the current build quality of digital teaching resources of colleges and universities sharing status;and then summarize the current construction of university digital teaching resources sharing the major problems in the process;finally,according to the foregoing analysis and research,put forward effective ways to promote the quality of university digital teaching resources sharing,so as to provide reference for colleges and universities to solve digital teaching resource sharing,and improving the quality of teaching of higher education.
