党的十八大精神详细指出要全面提升高校辅导员队伍建设,同时,教育部也对辅导员的职业能力做出了新的定义和提出了更进一步的要求;这意味着高校辅导员的能力提升受到了更广泛的关注度以及重视度。但由于当前社会环境复杂变化,学生工作出现诸多新问题、新情况,这就对辅导员的职业能力提出新的要求和内涵,因此,对辅导员的职业能力现状展开更深入的研究、寻求更合适的方式去提升辅导员职业能力就显得尤为迫切。

The spirit of the18th CPC National Congress pointed out in detail that it is necessary to comprehensively promote the team building of college counselors.At the same time,the Ministry of Education has also made new definitions and put forth further requirements on the professional ability of counselors.This implies that the improvement of college counselors'ability has received more attention and attention.However,due to the complicated social environment and the many new problems and new situations in student work,new requirements and connotations have been put forward on the professional ability of counselors.Therefore,it is urgent to conduct more in-depth studies on the current status of counselors'professional ability to seek more appropriate ways to enhance the professional ability of counselors.
