民族地区职业院校“双语双师型”教师队伍建设研究综述 被引量:2

A Review of Research on the Team Construction of "Bilingual Double-qualified" Teachers in Vocational Colleges in Minority Areas

摘要 民族地区职业教育教师队伍薄弱,双师型教师特别是少数民族双语双师型教师数量不足、教学水平偏低,这成为阻碍整个地区职业教育发展的最大瓶颈。学者们在研究双语、双师型师资队伍能力建设中提出了许多可行性、有建设性的策略。文章对学者们在"双语教学"和"双师型"教师的内涵、双语双师型教师具备的素质和教学能力、双语双师型教师在教学中面临的问题、双语双师型教师培养方法和策略进行了相关文献综述和简要的评析,以期为后续的相关研究与实践提供一些有益的启示和帮助。 The teaching staff for vocational education in minority areas is weak.The shortage of double-qualified teachers,especially bilingual double-qualified teachers,has led to a poor level of teaching in minority areas,which has become the biggest bottleneck that hinders the development of vocational education in the minority areas.Scholars have put forward many feasible and constructive strategies in the research of bilingual teachers and double-qualified teachers.This paper makes a review of the relevant literature and a brief analysis on the following issues:the connotation of"bilingual teaching"and"double-qualified"teachers,the quality and teaching ability of bilingual double-qualified teachers,the problems encountered by bilingual double-qualified teachers in teaching,the cultivation methods and strategies of bilingual double-qualified teachers.The aim is to provide some useful inspiration and help for relevant research and practice in the future.
