一个国家的生产力以及科学技术的发展水平很大程度上取决于该国的研究生教育是否成熟。而一个成熟的研究生教育体系在培养高级专业人才、发展科学技术和促进社会进步以及推动人才创新能力等方面有着难以想象的作用。而这些对于国家现实状况和未来发展的潜力有重要的影响。研究生教育除了具有一般高等教育的规律性外,还有着其特殊性。现有高等教育尤其是研究生教育,科学、系统的研究生创新能力评价体系仍不完善,严重影响研究生培养质量。加强创新人才培养,必须正确认识影响创新人才培养的突出问题;必须通过多渠道共同努力,从政策、社会、学校以及学生本人等多个方面,着力加强研究生的教育体系改革以提高研究生创新能力。

The productivity of a country,as well as the level of development of science and technology,depends to a large extent on the maturity of postgraduate education in the country.However,a mature postgraduate education system has an unimaginable role in training senior professionals,developing science and technology,promoting social progress,and promoting the innovation ability of talents.And these have important implications for the realities of the country and the potential for future development.In addition to the regularity of higher education in general,postgraduate education also has its particularity.The existing higher education,especially postgraduate education,still lacks a scientific and systematic evaluation system for postgraduates'innovation ability,seriously affecting the quality of postgraduate education.In order to strengthen the cultivation of creative talents,we must correctly understand the prominent problems that affect the cultivation of creative talents;we must make efforts to strengthen the reform of the postgraduate education system and improve the innovative ability of postgraduates in various aspects such as policy,society,universities and students themselves through multiple channels.
