能力培养视角下工商管理专业核心课程群的构建

Construction of Business Administration Core Curriculum Group from the Perspective of Ability Training

基于社会对工商管理专业人才素质与能力的要求,以"基础—素养—技能—特质—应用"为主线,从复合应用型创新人才培养目标出发,构建了能力培养视角下工商管理专业核心课程群,突出学生的专业素养培养、应用与实践能力培养、专业特质培养、创新能力培养和国际视野培养,并以"专业特质培养"子课程群为例,进行了建设内容的探讨。

Based on the professional quality and ability and the training goal of the compound applied innovative talents,focused on the line of"Base-Accomplishment-Skill-quality-Application",this paper builds the core curriculum group of business administration with ability training as the guidance.It strengthens the training of professional accomplishment,implementing ability,professional quality,innovation ability and international vision.Finally,the paper discusses the construction content by the example of professional quality training courses.
