摘要
小组合作学习有利于培养学生的自主性、创造性、团队合作意识和沟通表达能力,其在学校教学中的可行性显而易见。笔者主要采用观察法、访谈法和问卷调查法对喀什市X中学语文小组合作学习现状进行调查研究,从而梳理出其存在的主要问题有:分组质量不高;奖励方法不当等问题。最后主要是针对这些问题,提出要加强教师对小组合作学习理论的培训;加强与高校的合作;明确目的和目标等策略。
Group cooperative learning is conducive to the development of students'autonomy,creativity,teamwork awareness and communication skills,so its feasibility in school teaching is obvious.The author mainly uses observation method,interview method and questionnaire method to investigate and study the present situation of group cooperative learning in Kashgar X High School,so as to sort out the main problem,such as poor quality of grouping,improper reward methods and so on.Finally,to solve the problems,it proposes that teachers should strengthen the training of group cooperative learning theory,strengthen the cooperation with universities,and making clear purposes and goals.
