高职生就业不良心理及其对策——以滁州城市职业学院医学类学生为例

Higher Vocational Students' Negative Employment Psychology and Its Countermeasures:Taking Medical Students of Chuzhou City Vocational College as an Example

随着高校的扩招,在校大学生人数越来越多,高职生的就业压力越来越大,由此产生的心理焦虑越来越明显,对高职院校的发展也带来了压力,为此对这一问题作了一些调查,从中找出一些原因,研究一些对策,努力使这一问题得到疏解。

With the expansion of college enrollment,the number of college students is increasing,leading to higher and higher employment pressure on higher vocational students.The psychological anxiety thus generated is more and more obvious,which brings pressure on the development of higher vocational colleges.To this end,some investigations have been made on this issue,and some reasons have been found and some measures formulated,so as to ease the issue.
