肺结核病是基层医院的常见病、多发病,规范管理肺结核患者是结核病能否得到有效控制的关键。为通过信息手段规范结核患者的管理,参照结核病诊治指南,开发了结核病规范化门诊管理系统,通过路径管理规范结核患者的治疗,可以大大降低医护人员的工作量,提高肺结核病管理的规范率。
