摘要
针对汽车低压辅助供电电源12 V铅酸蓄电池使用寿命短、充电效率低的问题,并结合目前混合动力汽车硬件结构特点,提出一种有效保护蓄电池且高效率的充放电管理策略。该策略在弱电下监测蓄电池的状态,制定了不同状态下的馈电保护机制,并在上强电后采用阶段式的充电方法。通过实车实验表明:该策略可以有效提高充电效率、缩短充电时间、防止充电电流过大,在一定程度上延长了蓄电池使用寿命,这对混合动力汽车蓄电池实现更合理的充放电管理具有重要的实用价值。
In view of the short service life and low charging efficiency of low voltage auxiliary power(12V lead-acid battery),a kind of effective protection for battery and high efficiency of charging and discharging management strategy was put forward by combining with the characteristics of the hybrid hardware structure.The different stages of deficient electric protection mechanisms were formulated according to the monitoring status of battery under the low voltage,and the phase type of charging method was adopted on strong power mode.The results of real vehicle tests verify the strategy can effectively improve the charging efficiency,shorten the charging time,limit the charging current,and prolong the service life of battery to a certain extent.It has important practical value for the hybrid car's battery to achieve more reasonable charge and discharge management.
