摘要
针对当前的模拟电路精密电压源D/A分辨率要求高、精度低、抗干扰能力差、受温度等外界条件影响大等不足,设计了一种纯模拟精密电压源。给出其主电路结构,分析其控制原理,通过元器件敏感性分析、元件参数优化和Monte carlo分析得到电压源设计的优化参数,提高了可靠性。通过仿真分析和实际电压源输出实验,验证了负载和温度变化时的输出电压稳定性,证明了本设计的可行性和合理性。
In view of the shortage of current analog circuits,high precision voltage source D/A resolution,low accuracy,poor anti-interference ability and largely affected by outside conditions such as temperature,a kind of pure simulation precision voltage source was designed.The main circuit structure was given,the control principle was analyzed,and the optimization parameters of the designed voltage source were gotten by sensitive analysis of components,component parameter optimization and Monte carlo analysis.Then the reliability was improved.Through the simulation analysis and actual output voltage source experiment,the output voltage stability when the load and temperature changed was verified,and the feasibility and rationality of the design were proved.
