炙甘草汤加减治疗房性早搏的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Treatment of Zhigancao Decoction on Atrial Premature Beat

目的观察炙甘草汤加减治疗房性早搏的临床疗效。方法将收治入院的80例房性早搏住院病人随机分为中药组和西药组,各40例。中药组予以炙甘草汤加减辨证治疗,西药组予口服普罗帕酮片(0.15 g/次,每日3次)。连续治疗3周后对两组的临床疗效和房性早搏次数进行评价。结果中药组临床症状改善有效率为92.5%,西药组临床症状改善有效率为75.0%,两组间有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者服药治疗前后动态心电图房性早搏次数显著减少(P<0.05),而且中药组较西药组降低明显(P<0.05)。结论炙甘草汤加减治疗房性早搏临床疗效显著。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Zhigancao Decoction on treatment of atrial premature beat.Methods80hospitalized patients(Jun.2015to Jun.2016)with atrial premature beat were randomly divided into the traditional Chinese medicine group and the western medicine group with40cases in each.The Chinese medicine group was treated with Zhigancao Decoction on the base of syndrome differentiation and treatment,the western medicine group received oral propafenone tablets(0.15g/time,3times a day).After3weeks of continuous treatment,the clinical efficacy and the number of atrial premature beats were evaluated in the two groups.Result The effective rate of clinical symptom improvement was92.5%in traditional Chinese medicine group and was75.0%in western medicine group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The dynamic electrocardiogram showed the number of atrial premature beats decreased significantly(P<0.05)in the two groups after the treatment,and the number of the traditional Chinese medicine group was significantly lower than that of the western medicine group(P<0.05).Conclusion The curative effect of Zhigancao Decoction in the treatment of atrial premature beat is significantly.
