高速公路拥挤收费重分配策略研究

摘要 本文分析不同路段交通需求随总交通需求变化趋势,讨论道路使用者到达路时间与高峰时段开始及结束的关系;分析交通拥挤收费重分配策略,确定了拥挤路段收费费率及平行路段道路使用者合理时间到达时经济补贴计算方法,同时给出两条道路同时拥挤及平行路段开始拥挤收费判断方法。最后以简单路网为例分析高速公路拥挤收费重分配过程。 This paper analyzes the trend of traffic demand in different sections along the road of network;And this paper discusses the relationship between users'arrival time and the time of beginning and end of peak hours.Analyzing redistribution strategy of congestion pricing;Determining toll rate of the crowded road and the calculation method for users arrived at the reasonable and economic time of parallel road;Giving the judgment method of two roads crowded at the same time and the start time for parallel road to charging congestion.Finally,a simple road network is used to analyze theprocess of congestion charging on expressway.
