摘要
计算机技术的发展进步,让信息管理工作渗透到了高校的日常工作中的各个方面。它在高校的创新发展中发挥着重要的作用。高校人事信息系统的构建,可以让高校人力资源工作者的业务水平得到提升,也可以在提高人力资源管理工作自动化程度的基础上,降低人力资源管理工作的工作量。本文主要对高校人事信息系统的建设和应用问题进行了探究。
The development of computer technology has made information management work permeate all aspects of the daily work of colleges and universities.It plays an important role in the innovation and development of colleges and universities.The construction of college personnel information system can improve the professional level of human resources workers in colleges and universities and reduce the workload of human resources management based on the improvement of the automation degree of human resources management.This article mainly probes into the construction andapplication of personnel information system in colleges and universities.
