摘要
针对实际生产难以得到具体柴油机配气系统凸轮型线函数的情况,采用N次谐波曲线逼近拟合法对配气凸轮升程数据表进行拟合。利用MATLAB软件建立N次谐波曲线逼近拟合法数学模型,通过代入凸轮升程数据求解出凸轮型线的N次谐波拟合函数方程。本文对两种不同型线的凸轮采用该方法进行型线拟合,得到整体型线函数方程,分析拟合参数点与实际测量点之间的剩余标准差,以及对函数方程进行求导得出的速度、加速度图形情况,验证了所采用的N次谐波曲线逼近拟合法在配气凸轮函数拟合问题上的有效性。
In view of the fact that it is difficult to obtain the cam profile simulation of the diesel valve train in actual production,the Nth harmonic method is adopted to fit the data table of the valve cam.The mathematical model of Nth harmonic method is established by using MATLAB software.By solving the cam lift data,the Nth harmonic fitting function equation of cam profile is obtained.In this paper,the method of line fitting is adopted for two different kinds of cam profile,as a result of acquiring the function equation of the whole.The figures of speed and accelerated speed are acquired by the derivation of function equation and analysis of residual standard between fitting parameters and actual measurement point.The availability of Nth harmonic method in valve cam profile is verified.
