摘要
伴随着新兴技术的兴起和信息量的日益暴增,传统的钢桶制造行业势必面临严峻的挑战。面对钢桶生产环节所产生的海量的数据,提出了一种基于数据挖掘的钢桶生产的设计策略,将当下流行的数据挖掘技术和人工智能技术相结合,对钢桶生产过程中所涉及的各类原始数据和实时数据进行归类和分析,找出最适合的性能参数进行试验和生产。本设计通过数据分析技术降低了工人的负荷,提高原料的利用率、废品利用率以及能源利用率,从而提高产品的质量和企业的生产效益。
With the rise of emerging technologies and the increasing amount of information,the traditional steel barrel manufacturing industry will face serious challenges.It presents a design strategy based on data mining in the face of a huge amount of data which produced in the steel barrel production process.Combine the current popular data mining technology with artificial intelligence technology,it will classify and analyze all kinds of raw data and real-time data involved in the production process of steel drum,and find out the most suitable performance parameters for testing andproduction.This design will reduce the workers'load through data analysis technology,and it will improve the utilization rate of raw materials,wastes utilization and energy efficiency,thus it will improve the quality of products and the production efficiency of enterprises.
