禽白血病J亚群病毒特性的研究

Research on characteristics of subgroup J of Avian leukosis virus

禽白血病引起以造血细胞恶性增生为主的肿瘤,引起养禽业较大的经济损失,其致病病毒—禽白血病病毒(ALV)的J亚群是目前危害鸡群的最主要亚群。gp85决定了ALV-J的亚群特异性,其基因具有极高变异,目前尚未有应用于临床的疫苗和防制药物。本文介绍了ALV的基因组结构、ALV-J亚群的致病特点和流行特点,以及ALV-J gp85的基因变异、单克隆抗体和疫苗的研究进展,为进一步深入研究ALV-J gp85的致病机理、研究开发诊断试剂盒和有效的预防疫苗提供了参考。

J subgroup is the most important type of avian influenza viruses(ALV),which caused malignant proliferation of hematopoietic cells in chicken and great economic losses in poultry industry.The gp85protein in ALV-J determined the subgroup specificity and the gp85gene was showed highly variable.There were not yet effective vaccine and drug in clinical for control.This paper introduced the genome structure of ALV,characteristics of pathogenic and epidemic for ALV-J.Especially,the progress of gene variation,monoclonal antibody and vaccine of ALV-J gp85were focused on.This article would provide a reference for further research on the pathogenic mechanism,development of diagnostic kits and preventive vaccine of ALV-J gp85.
