随着城镇化和农业现代化的不断推进,一种以剩余劳动力为服务对象的新型农民专业合作社随之而生。它是建立在农用土地流转完全或者拥有大量农村剩余劳动力基础之上的一类特色合作社,常由"农业企业+剩余劳动力"的模式组成,且以带动农村剩余劳动力就业为主要目的。本文以该模式合作社为基础的联合社为例,对其产生的可能原因和法律效力进行了分析,并简单讨论了该联合社的发展优势及限制因素,以供人们有个全面的了解。

With the development of urbanization and the modernization of agriculture,a new type of peasant professional cooperative with surplus labor force was born.It is based on agricultural land conversion completely or have a large number of rural surplus labor force based on the type of characteristics of cooperatives,often by the"agricultural enterprises+surplus labor"mode,and it is the main purpose to drive the rural surplus labor force employment.In this paper,based on the model cooperative association,for example,the possible causes of and the legal effect is analyzed,and discussed the association development advantage and the limiting factor,for people to have a comprehensive understanding.
