摘要
大花型肉饼兜兰具有极高的观赏价值和经济价值,但存在种子萌发率低、组培苗成活率低等问题,对大花型肉饼兜兰无菌播种过程中的关键技术进行重点阐述,以期为广大兜兰生产与种植者提供技术支持。
Big flower Paphiopedilum cultivars has high ornamental and economic value.However,there are some problems such as low seed germination rate and low seedling survival rate.The key techniques in the aseptic seeding process of big flower Paphiopedilum were elaborated,in order to provide technical support for production.
