冠心病患者药物洗脱支架术后再狭窄的危险因素分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:分析探讨冠心病患者药物洗脱支架术后再狭窄(In Stent Restenosis,ISR)的危险因素。方法:选取2013年3月~2017年3月期间于本院行冠脉造影复查的药物洗脱支架术后患者86例,根据是否发生ISR分为ISR组(n=41)和非ISR组(n=45)。分析比较两组患者的各项临床指标,进行logstic单因素和多因素回归分析。结果:单因素分析显示,性别不是冠心病患者药物洗脱支架术后ISR的影响因素(P>0.05);年龄、病变支数、支架直径、合并糖尿病、合并高血压、吸烟是冠心病患者药物洗脱支架术后ISR的影响因素(P<0.05)。logstic回归分析显示,年龄、病变支数、合并糖尿病、合并高血压、吸烟是冠心病患者药物洗脱支架术后ISR的独立危险因素(P<0.05,OR>1);冠脉支架直径是冠心病患者药物洗脱支架术后ISR的保护因素(P<0.05,OR<1)。结论:性别对支架术后ISR无明显影响,年龄、病变支数、合并糖尿病、合并高血压、吸烟是冠心病药物洗脱支架术后ISR的独立危险因素。而冠脉支架直径越小,ISR发生率越高。
