滋阴息风汤联合美多芭治疗肝肾阴虚型帕金森病非运动症状的临床疗效研究

Clinical research on treating liver and kidney yin deficiency type non motor symptoms of Parkinson's disease with the Ziyin Xifeng decoction

目的:探讨采用滋阴息风汤联合美多芭治疗肝肾阴虚型帕金森病(PD)非运动症状的临床疗效,并观察。方法:收集我院2014年1月-2016年6月治疗的肝肾阴虚型PD非运动症状患者,随机分为对照组和观察组各42例,对照组采用美多芭,125 mg/次,2次/d,后每隔一周每日增加125mg,每日用量不超过1g,分3~4次服用;观察组加用滋阴息风汤,1剂/d,水煎后取400 mL,分早晚服用,两组患者均治疗3个月。观察两组患者的治疗后的临床疗效,并采用统一PD量表(UPDRS)评价两组患者治疗前后的症状。结果:观察组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05),对比具有统计学意义;两组患者治疗前的UPDRS各项评分对比无差异(P>0.05),对比无统计意义;在治疗后,除精神行为及情绪评分无差异外,其余均较治疗前出现下降(P<0.05),且观察组较对照组下降更为明显(P<0.05),对比具有统计学意义。结论:采用滋阴息风汤联合美多芭治疗肝肾阴虚型PD非运动症状的疗效明确,能有效地改善患者的临床症状及生活质量,具有较高的临床运用价值和运用前景,临床运用安全性较高,值得在临床中推广实施。

Objective:To observe and explore the clinical effect of the Ziyin Xifeng decoction with Madopar on liver and kidney yin deficiency type non motor symptoms of Parkinson’s disease.Methods:Patients with liver and kidney yin deficiency type non motor symptoms of Parkinson’s disease,treated in our hospital from January2014to June2016,were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,42cases in each group.The control group received Madopar,125mg,twice a day,125mg was added at the internal of1week and the daily dosage should be less than1g,which was taken3to4times;The observation group received the Ziyin Xifeng decoction daily,400mL decoction was taken in the morning and evening,both groups were treated for3months.The clinical efficacy in two groups was observed and the unified PD scale(UPDRS)was used to evaluate the symptoms before and after treatment in two groups.Results:The clinical efficacy in the observation group was better than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).UPDRS score in two groups before treatment was not statistically different(P>0.05),and the difference was not statistically significant.After treatment,except for mental behavioral and emotional scores,the rest were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and those in the observation group were decreased more significantly than the control group(P<0.05),the comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Ziyin Xifeng decoction with Madopar showed significant effects on liver and kidney yin deficiency type non motor symptoms of Parkinson’s disease,could relieve the clinical symptoms and improve the quality of life effectively,had high clinical application value and clinical application prospect,with high safety,and is worthy of promotion in the clinical practice.
