分析理中汤合六君子汤治疗胃癌术后患者胃肠功能障碍的临床疗效

Clinical effects of the Lizhong decoction plus the Liujunzi decoction on gastrointestinal dysfunction in postoperative gastric cancer

目的:分析研究理中汤合六君子汤在治疗胃癌术后患者的胃肠功能障碍方面的作用。方法:利用随机数字表法,将入院的胃癌术后患者均分为两组,观察组41例,在常规治疗的基础上采用理中汤合六君子汤联合治疗的办法;对照组41例,采用常规的治疗方法。记录两组胃癌术后患者的胃肠功能恢复状况。结果:在接受治疗后,观察组患者出现胃肠功能问题的概率(46.34%)显著低于对照组(65.85%)(P<0.05)。结论:给予患者常规治疗基础上加上理中汤合六君子汤,能有效提升患者的胃肠功能恢复状况,帮助患者减少痛苦,有利于患者身心康复,具有较显著的临床作用,值得推广。

Objective:To analyze and study the function of the Lizhong decoction plus the Liujunzi decoction on gastrointestinal dysfunction in postoperative gastric cancer.Methods:The admitted postoperative gastric cancer patients were divided into2groups by using random number table method.41cases in the observation group received the Lizhong decoction plus the Liujunzi decoction on the basis of routine treatment;41cases in the control group were treated with conventional methods.The recovery of gastrointestinal function status of two groups of patients after gastric cancer surgery was recorded.Results:After treatment,the gastrointestinal function problems occurring rate of the observation group(46.34%)was significantly lower than65.85%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Lizhong decoction plus the Liujunzi decoction treatment on the basis of routine treatment could effectively improve the patient’s recovery of gastrointestinal function,reduce pain and accelerate the patients physical and mental rehabilitation in treating gastrointestinal dysfunction in postoperative gastric cancer;it had significant clinical effect and was worthy of clinical promotion.
