中医护理临床路径在腹腔镜胆囊摘除术患者中的应用

The application of traditional Chinese medicine clinical nursing pathway in patients with laparoscopic gallbladder excision

目的:观察中医护理临床路径在腹腔镜胆囊摘除术患者中的应用效果。方法:将100例实施腹腔镜胆囊摘除术患者随机分为观察组和对照组各50例。观察组采用中医护理临床路径进行护理,对照组采用常规护理,观察比较两组患者、住院时间、住院费用、腹胀缓解情况及满意度。结果:两组患者满意度、平均住院时间、住院费用及腹胀缓解情况比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组均优于对照组。结论:中医护理临床路径应用于腹腔镜胆囊摘除术患者的护理,有利于规范中医护理技术实施,可有效缩短患者腹胀消失时间、住院时间,促进术后康复,减少住院费用,提高患者护理满意度,值得临床推广。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing on undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods:100cases of laparoscopic cholecystectomy were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with50cases in each group.The observation group received clinical pathway of traditional Chinese medicine nursing.The control group was treated by routine nursing,and the hospitalization time,hospitalization cost,abdominal distension relief and satisfaction in two groups were observed and compared.Results:The satisfaction rate,average hospitalization time,hospitalization cost and abdominal distension were significantly different between the groups(P<0.05).The observation group was superior to the control group.Conclusion:The clinical pathway of traditional Chinese medicine nursing was suitable for the nursing of patients who undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy.It was helpful to standardize the implementation of traditional Chinese medicine care technology,which could effectively shorten the time of abortion and hospitalization time,promote postoperative rehabilitation,reduce hospitalization expenses,improve patient satisfaction,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
