蒲公英汤抗乙肝的作用效果观察

Observation on treating hepatitis B with the Pugongying decoction

目的:探讨蒲公英汤治疗乙型肝炎的效果。方法:选取我院2015年1月-2016年12月我科收治的乙型肝炎患者60例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各30例。对照组给予常规的西医治疗,包括肝泰乐保护肝功能,提高白蛋白,多种维生素补充营养等;观察组在对照组治疗的基础上再给予蒲公英汤治疗,1个月为一个疗程,2个疗程后比较两组的肝功能、白蛋白,病毒指标等,以及治疗的有效率,并结合肝脾彩超比较肝脏的变化和不良反应的发生情况。结果:治疗后观察组的肝功能、白蛋白等实验室指标的改善均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的HBV-DNA下降至正常,HBe Ag均转阴性,优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的治疗有效率为93.33%,优于对照组的70.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:西医常规治疗联合蒲公英汤治疗乙型肝炎不仅可以改善肝功能,使HBV-DNA下降至正常,并且具有良好的治疗效果,无明显的不良反应,值得在临床中推广应用。

Objective:To investigate the effect of the Pugongying decoction on hepatitis B.Methods:60patients were randomly divided into the control group and observation group,50cases in each group.The control group was given western medicine;theobservation group received the Pugongying decoction more.Results:The improvement of liver function and albumin in the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).The HBV-DNA in the observation group were decreased to normal,and HBeAg was negative(P<0.05).The efficiency was93.33%in the observation group,higher than70.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Conventional western medicine with the Pugongying decoction was effective on hepatitis B,by improving liver function,decreasing HBVDNA,without obvious adverse reaction,and is worthy of promotion.
