常用治疗心脑血管疾病中药注射剂的不良反应分析

An analysis of adverse reactions from TCM injections for treating CVD

目的:探讨分析常用于治疗心脑血管疾病的中药注射剂的不良反应,为心脑血管疾病患者的中药注射剂用药提供科学支持和理论指导。方法:选取我院2015年1月-2016年8月接受中药注射剂治疗的心脑血管疾病患者100例,对患者的不良反应发生率和临床用药情况进行分析。结果:在不良反应发生率方面,血栓通有4例,占20.00%,灯盏花素有4例,占20.00%,醒脑静有4例,占20.00%,血塞通有8例,占40.00%,参麦有2例,占10.00%。这五组不良反应中血塞通占比最高,占40.00%,血栓通、灯盏花素、醒脑静均占20.00%,参麦占比最低,为10.00%。在患者不良反应的临床表现方面,出现附件及皮肤损害的有32例,占32.00%,临床表现为痛痒和皮疹;出现心外血管损害的有4例,占4.00%,临床表现为静脉炎;出现肌肉骨骼系统损害的有2例,占2.00%,临床表现为肌肉疼痛;出现呼吸系统损害的有22例,占22.00%,临床表现为胸闷和呼吸急促;出现消化系统损害的有20例,占20.00%,临床表现为恶心、呕吐和腹泻;出现全身性损害的有20例,占20.00%,临床表现为发热、乏力和寒战。在所有不良反应的临床表现中,出现附件及皮肤损害占比最高,为32.00%,出现肌肉骨骼系统损害的最低,为2.00%。结论:在临床上,对心脑血管疾病患者进行治疗时,加强预防中药注射剂常出现的不良反应因素能够有效降低患者的不良反应发生率,提高患者的依从性,值得在临床上推广应用,并为心脑血管疾病的患者的中药注射剂用药提供科学支持和理论指导。

Objective:To explore the adverse effects of TCM medicine injections for treating cardiovascular diseases,and to provide scientific support and theoretical guidance for patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.Methods:100patients were enrolled in our hospital from January2015to August2016.The adverse reaction rate and clinical application of medicine were analyzed.Results:In the five groups,there were4cases from Xueshuantong,accounting for20.00%,4cases from breviscapine,for20.00%,4cases from Xingnaojing,for20.00%,8cases from Xuesaitong,for40.00%,2cases from Shenmai,for10.00%.In the clinical manifestations of adverse reactions,there were32cases of attachment and skin damage,such as itching and rash,accounting for32.00%,4cases of out of cardiovascular damage,such as phlebitis,for4.00%,2cases of musculoskeletal system damage,such as muscle pain,accounting for2.00%,22cases of respiratory damage,such as chest tightness and shortness of breath,for22.00%,20cases of digestive system damage,such as nausea,vomiting and diarrhea,for20.00%,20cases of systemic damage,such as fever,fatigue and chills,for20.00%.Conclusion:In clinical,prevention from adverse reactions from TCM medicine injection in treating cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases can effectively reduce adverse reactions,with high compliance,and is worthy of application to provide scientific support and theoretical guidance.
