针刺治疗加身痛逐瘀汤对风湿性关节痛的临床效果

Clinical effects of acupuncture plus the Shentong Zhuyu decoction on rheumatoid joint pain

目的:分析针刺加身痛逐瘀汤治疗风湿性关节痛的临床效果。方法:随机将我科收治的152例风湿关节痛患者分为观察组和对照组,各76例,对照组采用传统的针刺治疗,观察组采取针刺加身痛逐瘀汤联合治疗,治疗周期均为3个疗程,对两组患者的治疗效果进行评价。结果:观察组的治疗有效率为92.1%,对照组患者的治疗有效率为81.6%,观察组治疗效果明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为7.9%,对照组为7.9%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:针刺加身痛逐瘀汤治疗风湿性关节痛有显著疗效,可有效提高患者的治愈率。

Objective:To analyze clinical effects of acupuncture plus the Shentong Zhuyu decoction on rheumatoid joint pain.Methods.152cases were randomly divided into the observation group and control group,76cases in each.The control group was treated by traditional acupuncture.The observation group was treated by the Shentong Zhuyu decoction more.Treatment cycle were3courses.Results:The efficiency was92.1%in the observation group and81.6%in the control group.Clinical effects in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of reaction was both7.9%in groups;the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture plus the Shentong Zhuyu decoction showed a significant effect on rheumatoid arthritis,could effectively improve the cured.
