穴位贴敷联合中药治疗慢性浅表性胃炎的临床研究

A clinical analysis of treating chronic superficial gastritis by acupoint application plus TCM medicine

目的:探讨穴位贴敷联合中药治疗慢性浅表性胃炎的临床疗效。方法:选取106例慢性浅表性胃炎患者作为研究对象,根据就诊随机进行分组。对照组53例,采取专科常规治疗;观察组53例,在对照组的基础上采取穴位贴敷联合中药治疗。对比两组患者治疗前后的上腹痛、腹胀、嗳气、反复出血症状积分,综合评价临床疗效,并作对比分析。结果:治疗后,观察组患者的上腹痛、腹胀、嗳气、反复出血症状积分降低程度显著大于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组临床总有效率为88.68%,大于对照组的64.15%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:穴位贴敷联合中药治疗慢性浅表性胃炎的临床疗效显著,可协同缓解上腹痛、腹胀、嗳气、反复出血症状,对于提高疗效、改善预后均具有积极作用。

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of acupoint application plus TCM medicine on chronic superficial gastritis.Methods:106patients were randomly divided into two groups,53cases in each.The control group was given routine treatment.The observation group was treated by acupoint application plus TCM medicine more.The upper abdominal pain,abdominal distension,belching,repeated bleeding symptoms scores were compared in groups,to comprehensively evaluate efficacy.Results:The scores of upper abdominal pain,bloating,belching and repeated bleeding symptoms were significantly higher in the observation group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The total efficiency was88.68%in the observation group,and higher than64.15%in the control group;the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The acupoint application plus TCM medicine on chronic superficial gastritis shows a significant effect,can relieve the upper abdominal pain,bloating,belching and repeated bleeding symptoms,and improve the curative effect and prognosis.
