董氏奇穴配合阿是穴围刺治疗网球肘30例疗效观察

Effective observation on treating tennis elbow by surround acupuncture on the Dong's points and the Ashi points

目的:评价董氏奇穴配合阿是穴围刺治疗网球肘的临床疗效。方法:选择60例网球肘患者,按数字表法随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。两组均采用TDP照射,对照组采用普通针刺治疗,治疗组在阿是穴围刺基础上加用针刺董氏奇穴中的"灵骨穴"治疗,治疗5次后观察两组的临床疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为93.3%,对照组总有效率为80.0%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组愈显率为80.0%,对照组愈显率为53.3%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:董氏奇穴配合阿是穴围刺治疗网球肘临床疗效显著。

Objective:To evaluate clinical effects of surrounding acupuncture on the Dong’s points and the Ashi points on tennis elbow.Methods:60cases were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group,30cases in each group.Two groups were treated by TDP irradiation;the control group took conventional acupuncture;the treatment group received surrounding acupuncture on the Dong’s points and the Ashi points.Results:The total efficiency was93.3%in the treatment group,and higher than80.0%in the control group(P<0.05);the cure rate was80.0%in the treatment group,and higher than53.3%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Surrounding acupuncture on the Dong’s points and the Ashi points on tennis elbow was effective.
