中药热熨治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效观察

Clinical observation on treating lumbar disc herniation with TCM medicine hot ironing

目的:观察中药热熨治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:将112例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各56例。对照组采用腰椎牵引,治疗组在此基础上加用具有活血化瘀、消肿散结、行气止痛功效的中药热敷。观察治疗前后两组患者临床疗效、腰椎JOA评分及VAS评分的变化,以评估治疗效果。结果:治疗组总有效53例,总有效率为94.64%,对照组总有效48例,总有效率为85.71%,治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后JOA评分均较治疗前明显升高,VAS评分均较治疗前明显下降,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗后,治疗组JOA评分明显高于对照组,VAS评分明显低于对照组,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:中药热熨治疗可以明显改善腰椎间盘突出症患者的临床疗效,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To observe clinical effects of TCM medicine hot ironing on lumbar disc herniation.Methods:112cases were randomly divided into the control group and treatment group,each with56cases.The control group was treated by lumbar traction;the treatment group was treated by TCM medicine hot ironing,which play the roles of promoting blood circulation,detumescence and promoting Qi circulation to relieve pain.Results:The total efficiency was94.64%in the treatment group,and85.71%in the control group;the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).JOA scores in two groups after treatment were significantly higher than before treatment;VAS scores were significantly lower than before treatment,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.01).After treatment,the JOA score in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group;VAS score was significantly lower than that in the control group;the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:TCM medicine hot ironing therapy can significantly improve the clinical efficacy on lumbar disc herniation,and is worthy of clinical application.
