中医闭合复位屈曲与伸直两种不同外固定方法治疗第五掌骨颈骨折的疗效探讨

Comparison on efficacy of different fixation methods on fifth metacarpal neck fracture

目的:探讨中医闭合复位屈曲与伸直两种不同外固定方法治疗第五掌骨颈骨折的疗效。方法:随机抽取本院于2013年6月-2016年6月收治的第五掌骨颈骨折患者60例,分为A组和B组,各30例。A组采用伸直位夹板外固定治疗,B组采用中医闭合复位屈曲治疗。对比A、B两组患者治疗后的治疗效果以及并发症发生率。结果:A组患者的治疗效果远优于B组,并发症发生率(3.3%)远低于B组,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:伸直位夹板外固定治疗第五掌骨颈骨折取得的临床疗效显著,且并发症发生率较低,值得推广和使用。

Objective:To study efficacy of closed reduction and buckling and extension external fixation on fifth metacarpal neck fracture.Methods:60patients were randomly divided into the group A and group B,30cases in each group.The group A took extension external fixation;group B received closed reduction and buckling treatment.Results:The total efficiency in the group A was better than the group B;the complication rate was3.3%in the group A,lower than group B(P<0.05).Conclusion:Extension external fixation on the fifth metacarpal neck fractures was effective,with lower complications,and is worthy of promotion.
