观察补肾壮骨方加减治疗强直性脊柱炎的临床疗效及安全性

Clinical efficacy and safety of the Bushen Zhuanggu decoction on ankylosing spondylitis

目的:分析补肾壮骨方加减治疗强直性脊柱炎的临床疗效及安全性。方法:选取64例强直性脊柱炎患者,按照患者入院顺序分为基础组(n=32)与实验组(n=32)。基础组采用常规治疗方式,实验组在常规治疗基础上联合应用补肾壮骨方加减治疗,对比两组患者的腰背疼痛积分、晨僵时间以及治疗总有效率。结果:实验组腰背疼痛积分、晨僵时间均优于基础组,各项数据对比差异显著(P<0.05)。实验组治疗总有效率为96.88%,显著高于基础组的84.38%,差异比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:补肾壮骨方加减治疗强直性脊柱炎的临床效果比较突出,能够有效改善患者的疼痛症状,提升治疗有效率,促进患者生活质量的快速恢复。

Objective:To analyze clinical curative effect and safety of the Bushen Zhuanggu decoction on ankylosing spondylitis.Methods:64patients were divided into the basic group(n=32)and experimental group(n=33).The experimental group took the Bushen Zhuanggu decoction plus conventional treatment.Results:The low back pain score,morning stiffness time and efficiency in the experimental group were better,with a significant difference(P<0.05).The efficiency in the experimental group was96.88%,significantly higher than84.38%in the basic group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The Bushen Zhuanggu decoction on ankylosing spondylitis is more effective,can effectively improve the patient’s pain symptoms,and promote recovery.
