参苓白术散合四妙散在功能性下肢水肿患者中的临床效果及安全性研究

Clinical effects and safety of Shenling Baizhu San plus Simiao San on functional lower extremity edema

目的:观察与探究对功能性下肢水肿患者采用参苓白术散合四妙散治疗的临床疗效与安全性影响。方法:随机将我院70例接受治疗的功能性下肢水肿患者分成对照组和治疗组,每组35例。参苓白术散应用于对照组患者中,在对照组基础上加四妙散对治疗组进行治疗,分析两组患者的疗效和不良反应发生状况。结果:治疗组的不良反应发生率与对照组比较无差异,P>0.05,差异无统计学意义;治疗组的总有效率高于对照组,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论:对功能性下肢水肿患者采用参苓白术散合四妙散进行治疗,其临床价值高,安全性好,可有效提高总有效率,适合推广应用。

Objective:To observe and explore the clinical efficacy and safety of Shenling Baizhu San plus Simiao San on functional lower extremity edema.Methods:70patients were randomly divided into the control group and treatment group(n=35).Shenling Baizhu San plus Simiao San was given to the experimental group.Results:There was no significant difference of side effects between groups(P>0.05).The total efficiency in the treatment group was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shenling Baizhu San plus Simiao San is more effective on functional lower extremity edema.
