天麻醒脑胶囊合脑得生颗粒治疗脑出血后遗症的临床研究

An analysis of treating sequelae of cerebral hemorrhage with the Tianma Xingnao capsules plus the Naodesheng granules

目的:观察天麻醒脑胶囊合脑得生颗粒治疗脑出血后遗症的临床疗效。方法:将脑出血后遗症患者80例随机分为对照组和治疗组各40例,其中对照组采用西医西药常规治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用天麻醒脑胶囊合脑得生颗粒治疗;3个月为一个疗程,观察并比较两组的疗效。结果:对照组有效率为72.50%,治疗组有效率为95.00%,两组有效率比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:天麻醒脑胶囊合脑得生颗粒治疗脑出血后遗症安全可靠,有显著疗效。

Objective:To observe the clinical effects of the Tianma Xingnao capsules plus the Naodesheng granules on sequelae of cerebral hemorrhage.Methods:80patients were randomly divided into the control group(40cases)and treatment group(40cases).The control group was treated with western medicine.The treatment group was treated with the Tianma Xingnao capsules plus the Naodesheng granules more,3months as a course.Results:The efficiency was72.50%in the control group and95.00%in the treatment group,with a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Tianma Xingnao capsules plus the Naodesheng granules on sequelae of cerebral hemorrhage is safe and reliable,and shows a significant curative effect.
