中西医结合护理干预对慢性支气管炎患者临床疗效及生活质量的影响

Efficacy of the integrative nursing on chronic bronchitis and quality of life

目的:探究中西医结合护理干预对慢性支气管炎患者临床疗效及生活质量的影响。方法:选择我院于2015年3月-2016年6月收治的112例慢性支气管炎患者,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,每组56例,对照组给予一般护理,观察组给予中西医结合护理,对两组患者的临床疗效及生活质量评分进行比较。结果:观察组总有效率为91.07%,对照组为73.21%,P<0.05;两组患者生活质量评分对比,P<0.05。结论:给予慢性支气管炎患者中西医护理干预,可将患者的临床疗效及生活质量提高,值得应用。

Objective:To explore the effect of the integrative nursing on chronic bronchitis and quality of life.Methods:112patients were randomly divided into the control group and observation group,each group of56cases.The control group took conventional nursing;the observation group was given the integrative nursing.Results:The efficiency was91.07%in the observation group and73.21%in the control group.There was a difference of quality of life between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The integrative nursing on chronic bronchitis was effective,by improving quality of life,and is worthy of application.
