以家庭为单位的健康教育对COPD患者生活质量的影响

Effects of family health education on quality of life in COPD patients

目的:评价以家庭为单位的健康教育对COPD患者生活质量的影响。方法:将重庆北碚区北泉社区卫生服务中心的80例COPD患者随机区分为两组,一组给予以家庭为单位的健康教育,另一组按照常规的疾病健康教育。结果:研究组防治知晓率、不良生活行为改变率、康复锻炼率、医疗费用等与对照组进行对比,差别均有明显统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:以家庭为单位的健康教育对COPD患者生活质量的改善有显著效果。

Objective:To evaluate the effect of family health education on the quality of life in COPD patients.Methods:80COPD patients were randomly sent into two groups,a group of health education to the family as a unit,the other group according to routine health education disease.Results:Comparing with the control group,there were significant differences between groups in awareness of prevention and treatment,P<0.05.Conclusion:Family health education has a significant effect on improving the quality of life of COPD patients.
