快速康复外科在食管癌围手术期护理中的应用

Application of fast track surgery in perioperative nursing of esophageal cancer

目的:探讨食管癌患者围术期的护理方法,以期能够减轻患者的手术应激反应及减少并发症的发生。方法:选择2015年12月-2016年12月在我院四外科治疗的40例食管癌患者为研究对象,遵循快速康复外科理念,采用术前教育、术后有效的镇痛、限制液体输入、加强各种引流管的护理、术后早期活动与早期进食等措施。结果:本组患者中术后发生呼吸道感染2例、心律失常1例。患者的应激症减少,手术切口感染等并发症较轻,术后住院时间明显缩短。所有患者术后均停止临床支持和干预,达到临床出院标准后予以出院。结论:食管癌围手术期应用快速康复外科护理的治疗效果十分显著,促进了患者术后康复,值得临床推广。

Objective:Researching the nursing methods of perioperative period for esophagus cancer patients,to relieve their surgery stress reaction and reduce complication occurrence.Methods:40patients were cured from Dec.2014to Dec.2015.Results:After surgery,there were2patients got respiratory tract infection,1patient got arrhythmia cordis.The40patients got stress reaction reduced,their postoperation complication of incisional wound infection were light,and the duration of hospital stays were obviously shortened.Conclusion:For perioperative period of esophagus cancer,effects of fast track surgery nursing is outstanding.
