基于数据挖掘对296例不同体质儿童健康问题的相关性分析

A correlative analysis of health problems of 296 children with different physical fitness based on data mining

目的:对296例不同体质儿童的健康问题进行分析。方法:以王琦教授的中医体质九分法为框架,并对其量表适当修改以适用于儿童,对就诊的儿童进行体质辨识统计,借助中国科学院广安门医院的临床科研信息共享系统,对反映的健康问题进行数据挖掘。结果:296份量表中,体质类型居前6位的分别是阳虚质、阴虚质、气虚质、特禀质、气郁质和平和质;与体质相关系数较高的健康问题依次是易感冒生病、易咳嗽、不思食、汗多。结论:与各个体质常见的相关健康问题中,相关系数较高的是肺系和脾系。

Objective:To analyze the health problems of296children with different physical fitness.Methods:Professor Wang Qi’s theory of TCM constitution nine points was modified to apply to children,and reflect health problems according to data mining by means of the Clinical Research Information Sharing System supported by Chinese Academy of Sciences Guang’anmen Hospital.Results:Among the296scales,the top6of the physical types were Yangxu,Yinxu,Qixu,Tebing,Qiyu and Pinghe.The health problems with higher correlation coefficient were easy to cough,do not eat,and more sweat.Conclusion:Common health problems associated with each constitution,the higher correlation coefficient is closely related with the lung and spleen.
