金喉健喷雾剂辅助治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎疗效观察

Treating infantile herpes simplex with the Jinhoujian spray

目的:观察金喉健喷雾剂辅助治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎的疗效。方法:将86例10个月~3岁疱疹性咽峡炎患儿随机分成治疗组和对照组,各43例。对照组给予静滴喜炎平注射液,治疗组在静滴喜炎平注射液基础上给予金喉健喷雾剂喷喉,疗程为3~5d,比较两组的临床疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为90.6%,对照组总有效率为79.1%,治疗组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:金喉健喷雾剂辅助治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎临床疗效确切,值得临床推广。

Objective:To observe the curative effect of the Jinhoujian spray on herpes zoster.Methods:86cases were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group,43cases in each.The control group was given intravenous infusion of the Xiyanping injection;the treatment group took Jinhou jian spray to spray throat.Results:The total effective rate was90.6%in the treatment group and79.1%in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The Jinhoujian spray is an effective treatment for herpes simplex in children.It is worthy to be popularized.
