中西医结合治疗精神分裂症的临床观察

Clinical observation on treating schizophrenia in the integrative medicine

目的:探讨中西医用于精神分裂症患者治疗中的疗效。方法:从我院收治的2015年4月-2016年3月的精神分裂症患者中随机抽取出120例,根据治疗药物,将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各60例,对照组进行利培酮治疗,观察组进行中西医治疗,观察并对比两组患者的阴性症状量表评分、阳性症状量表评分、不良反应发生情况和治疗效果。结果:两组患者的总有效率、阴性症状量表评分、阳性症状量表评分、量表总评分均无明显差异,P>0.05,但对照组总不良反应发生率显著高于观察组(P<0.05)。结论:中西医用于精神分裂症患者疗效相当,安全性比较高。

Objective:To explore efficacy of the integrative medicine on schizophrenia.Methods:120cases were randomly divided into the control group and observation group,60cases in each group.The control group was treated with risperidone;and the observation group was treated in integrative medicine.Results:There was no significant difference between the two groups in the total efficiency,the negative symptom scale,the positive symptom scale and the total score of the standard(P>0.05).The incidence of adverse events was significantly higher in the control group than that in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The integrative medicine on schizophrenia was effective,with safety.
