强力定眩汤治疗眩晕临床效果分析

Efficacy of the Qiangli Dingxuan decoction on vertigo

目的:分析强力定眩汤治疗眩晕的临床效果。方法:选取本院2014年10月-2016年10月治疗的112例眩晕患者作为研究的对象,根据治疗方案的不同将其分为对照组与研究组,前者(55例)行常规西医治疗,后者(57例)行强力定眩汤治疗,对比两组眩晕积分变化及生活质量情况。结果:与治疗前对比,两组治疗后眩晕评分均下降,但研究组下降的幅度大于对照组,比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组和对照组治疗后的DHI评分为(30.12±2.61)分和(43.68±4.75)分,与治疗前的(72.16±4.32)分和(73.64±5.17)分对比,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结果:眩晕行强力定眩汤治疗取得确切效果,可有效改善患者临床症状,并提高其生活质量,具临床推广应用价值。

Objective:To analyze clinical efficacy of the Qiangli Dingxuan decoction on vertigo.Methods:112patients were divided into the control group and study group.The control group of55cases was given conventional treatment;the study group of57cases took the Qiangli Dingxuan decoction.Results:The vertigo scores in two groups were decreased after treatment,and those in the study group were more than the control group(P<0.05).The DHI was(30.12±2.61)in the study group and(43.68±4.75)in the control group,lower than before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Qiangli Dingxuan decoction was effective on vertigo,by improving the clinical symptoms and quality of life,is worthy of promotion.
