摘要
目的:颅脑外伤导致脑脊液漏的中西医结合治疗方法及效果。方法:对颅脑外伤后脑脊液漏患者48例进行治疗后的疗效分析总结。结果:经过中西医结合治疗,46例脑脊液漏停止。随访半年,未发现脑脊液漏,患者也未遗留头晕、头痛等症状。结论:采用中西医结合方法可治愈脑脊液漏,特别是中药的运用对于减少脑脊液渗出,预防、减轻、消除并发症有积极意义。
Objective:To analyze the efficacy of the integrative medicine on cerebrospinal fluid leakage after craniocerebral trauma.Methods:48cases were treated in the integrative medicine.Results:46cases of cerebrospinal fluid leakage was cured-up.Followed-up for6months,cerebrospinal fluid leakage dizziness and headache were not appeared.Conclusion:The integrative medicine on cerebrospinal fluid leakage shows a good effect,can reduce cerebrospinal fluid exudation,prevent,reduce and eliminate complications.
