夏枯草片加逍遥丸治疗乳腺增生症临床分析

A clinical analysis of treating breast hyperplasia in TCM

目的:探析对乳腺纤维瘤合并乳腺增生症术后患者采取夏枯草片加逍遥丸治疗的临床效果。方法:选取我院2014年2月-2016年12月期间收治的45例乳腺纤维瘤合并乳腺增生症患者,均经过影像学检查和其临床症状确诊,术后均采取夏枯草片加逍遥丸治疗,对其临床治疗效果进行回顾性分析。结果:经过治疗,治愈20例,显效12例,有效10例,无效3例,其总有效率为93.33%(42/45)。治疗前,中医症状积分为(19.50±3.70)分,治疗后,中医症状积分为(5.38±1.24)分,差异明显,有统计学意义,P<0.05。本组患者术后复发2例,复发率为4.44%。结论:夏枯草片加逍遥丸治疗乳腺纤维瘤合并乳腺增生症的临床效果确切,可治疗乳腺增生症,减少纤维瘤复发,值得临床推广。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of the Xiakucao pills and Xiaoyao Wan on breast fibroblast and mammary gland hyperplasia.Methods:45patients were diagnosed by imaging and clinical symptoms,and all were given TCM following the operation.Results:After treatment,20cases were cured;12cases were markedly effective;10cases were effective;3cases were ineffective;the total effective rate was93.33%(42/45).Conclusion:The clinical effect of the Xiakucao pills and Xiaoyao Wan on breast fibroma complicated with mammary gland hyperplasia is definite.
