摘要
"一带一路"战略深入推进新形势下产业技术创新联盟知识产权内部纷争会降低联盟协同创新的效率,严重的还会导致联盟组织体的瓦解。但知识产权自身具有共享性特质和产业技术创新联盟的必要构件更为创新联盟知识产权共享机制的建构做出了现实呼应。
Under the new situation of the deepening promotion of"the Belt and Road"strategy,interior deputes on inteleectual property will reduce the efficiency of collaborative innovation in the industrial and technological innovation alliance.More seriously,these deputes will also cause the collapse of the alliance organization.However,intellectual property has the inner characteristic of sharing.Moreover,the necessary components of industrial and technological innovation alliance have made a realistic response to the construction of intellectual property sharing mechanism of innovation alliance.
