摘要
本文在分析了河南跨境电子商务发展的现状基础上,对河南跨境电子商务的实践创新、动力机制等问题进行了总结,进而提出了做好顶层政策设计、完善跨境产业链、打造跨境冷链物流高地,推动河南"制造"走向河南"创造"和多渠道完善跨境电商人才体系。
Based on the analysis of the current development situation of cross-border e-commerce in Henan,on Henan cross-border e-commerce practice innovation,dynamic mechanism and other problems were summarized in this paper,and then it was put forward to do top-level design well,improve cross-border industrial chain,build cross-border cold chain logistics highland,promote Henan"manufacturing"to Henan“creating",and perfect the cross-border electricity supplier personnel system through multiple ways.
