创新引领型企业发展研究——以宇通客车为例

Research on the Development of Innovation Leading Enterprise——Taking Yutong Bus as an Example

本文以郑州宇通客车有限责任公司为例,针对目前存在的企业创新引领不足等问题,在阐述宇通公司总体情况的基础上,从创新预见力,创新支持条件,产品创新三个角度分析宇通公司取得巨大成就的原因,最后得出在推动创新引领型企业发展中应吸取的启示和应借鉴的经验。

This paper takes Zhengzhou Yutong Bus Co.Ltd.as an example,aims at the currently existing problems,such as the insufficient innovation leading of enterprise,based on the overall situation of Yutong Company,from three aspects of foresight innovation,innovation support conditions,and product innovation,this paper analyzed the causes of great achievements made by Yutong Company,and finally draw inspiration and experience in promoting development of innovation leading enterprises.
