摘要
高校干部考核评价是高校选拔任用干部的重要参考因素。近些年来,锦州医科大学党委不断探索干部考核的方法。经过实践,逐渐构建了适合于自身发展需要,公正公平、科学有效的创新型干部考核评价体系。
The evaluation standard of administrators in universities and colleges is an important factor for their selection and appointment.In recent years,Jinzhou Medical University has been devoted to exploring the standard.Through practice,the fair and balanced,scientific and effective innovative evaluation standard of administrators in accordance with the development of universities and colleges has been established gradually.
