服务地方经济视角下医学生到基层就业存在的问题及对策探讨——以锦州医科大学为例

The Problems and Countermeasures of the Basic-Employment of Medical Students from the Perspective of Service Local Economy——Take Jinzhou Medical University as an Example

在经济快速发展的今天,地方经济发展都离不开高校对高素质型人才的供给,地方经济发展为大学生提供充裕的就业岗位和创业机会,大学生基层就业也为地方经济发展注入了新的动力。本文主要围绕以发展地方经济为目的构建医学院校在校大学生就业教育体系,提出了目前医学生基层就业存在的问题及解决的方法,使医学生在大学期间对就业形势和职业社会有清晰明确的认知,有利于医学生树立正确的人生观、价值观、择业观,引导学生转变原有的"宁要大城市一张床,不要小城镇一套房"求职择业的观念,到基层就业,服务于地方,为社会经济发展贡献自己的力量。

In today爷s rapid economic development,local economic development is inseparable from talent supply of the university,local economic development provide plenty of jobs and entrepreneurial opportunities for college students,and college students'basic-employment has also injected new impetus for local economic development.This article mainly constructs employment education system of college students from Jinzhou Medical University around the purpose of developing the local economy,puts forward the problems existing in current medical students'basic-employment and the solving method,and makes the medical students have a clear understanding of employment situation and professional society during the college.It is favorable for medical students to establish correct outlook on life,values,and employment,and guides the student to transform from the idea of“rather a big bed in cities,but a suit of house in towns”to employ in the basic grass,service for place,and contribute to social and economic development.
