摘要 本文报道一种基于低相干迈克尔逊干涉仪的光学检测光声信号的新方法,并以此建立了非接触式光声成像系统。通过模拟实验证明了该方法的可行性及非接触式光声成像系统的成像能力。对接种有黑色素瘤的小鼠耳朵进行非接触式活体光声成像测试,结果演示非接触式光声成像系统可以实现生物组织内高分辨率的微血管成像。相对于传统光声成像系统需要耦合剂进行耦合成像,该系统具有非接触式检测的优势,避免了耦合剂的污染和维护,因而更便于实际应用,扩展了光声成像技术在生物医学领域的应用。 We reported a new photoacoustic signal detection method based on a low coherence Michelson interferometer,and established a noncontact photoacoustic imaging system.The feasibility of the method and imaging capability of the noncontact photoacoustic imaging system was testified by the mimic experiments.Experiment was conducted based on the noncontact photoacoustic imaging on the melanoma mouse ear in vivo.Results demonstrated that the noncontact photoacoustic imaging system could image the microvascular of biomedical tissues in vivo with high resolution.Compared with the traditional photoacoustic imaging system,which needs to be coupled to the imaging with coupling agent,this system has the advantage of non-contact detecting fashion,which avoids the contamination and maintenance of the coupling agent,thus it facilitates the practical application and extends the application of photoacoustic imaging in biomedicine.
