摘要
目的研制一种精密的可编程数控载物滑台系统,用于体视显微镜中实验动物的分区段或动态观察、摄影。方法整个系统由电源、数控两轴运动控制器、步进电机驱动器、步进电机和十字滑台组成。结果滑台系统可实现复杂运动程序的编程,运动精度可达±0.02 mm,配合数码相机和体视显微镜工作,实现研制目的。结论本可编程数控载物滑台系统可应用于体视显微镜中实验动物的分区段或动态观察、摄影,实现可编程精密运动,特别是在大量标本中的应用,可提高精度和工作效率。
Objective To develope a programmable precise cross slipway carrier system for experimental animals photography in stereo microscopes.Methods The whole system was composed of power supply,CNC two axis motion controllers,stepping motor driver,stepping motor and cross slipway carrier.Results The cross slipway carrier system could realize the programming of complex motion program,and the motion accuracy could reach±0.02mm.It could work with the digital camera and stereo microscope to achieve the purpose.Conclusion This system can be applied to observe and photo the experimental animal statically or dynamically in stereo microscope,and can improve the accuracy and efficiency especially in a large number of samples.
